Filling in your personal information in our online checkout process is safe and secure. However, you should never provide personal information in response to an email that appears to be from a bank, from PayPal, or from any other institution.

The practice of "spoofing," or sending email that appears to be from a bank or PayPal and asks you to provide personal information, is fraudulent. Report any such email to the institution in question. Spoofs are unrelated to your actual online purchasing.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product we sell, return it postage-paid to the mail order address above, and you will receive a full refund, including your return postage. If a product is damaged in shipment, return it and we will send a replacement copy and postage reimbursement. You can return items by Media Mail or First Class postage.

We ship most items sent to U.S. addresses by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please refer to the email sent when your item is shipped, for information about the delivery of your shipment.

USB drives are warranteed for 5 years from date of delivery. See packaging.
